Peter Ka Pang Sin Founder & Director

Peter Sin is the founder and director of Ka Fu. He is responsible for developing daily sales activities & involve the whole business process such as rough stones selection/inspection, delivery arrangement—China factory (build up strong network in China), distribute to buyers (for factory materials), after sales services (comments to stone miners, catch the market trends) & so on.

During his over 30 years in semi-precious stones industry, he still keeps striving to provide excellent services and products to his customers & suppliers.

Crystal Suk Han Ng Assistant to Director

Crystal serves as Ka Fu assistant to director. Her major responsibility is to make sure everything in the company running smoothly from arranging director’s daily schedule.

She has developed her all-round skills during her 30 years with Ka Fu in the semi-precious stones industry. In regards her rich experiences, her position like a consultant-provide all the semi precious stones knowledge to employees & handling the product cost & selling price.

Olivia Ching Kee Sin Customer Service Officer

Olivia serves as Ka Fu customer service officer. She is responsible for answering customer’s enquires, opening new accounts while liaising with existing customers.

Olivia has received her M.B.A. in Management & Bachelor in Communication from Central Queensland University (Australia). She also been granted a membership of Australia Computer Society. As a result, she is good communicate with multi national people.

Silvia Ching Yee Sin Marketing Officer

Silvia is responsible for planning and managing marketing activities for the company. She always strives to improve the performance of Ka Fu and enhance the company’s corporate image by exploring and utilizing new technologies to provide customers better services while at the same time building a solid relationship based on trust and reliable.

Silvia holds a Master of eCommerce in Deakin University (Australia) & Bachelor of Marketing in Central Queensland University (Australia). She also finished the Certificate of Creative Jewellery Design in Poly University (Hong Kong) & planning to create her own brands soon. As a result, she has a full understanding of the marketing tactics & strategy, communicate with International people very well.

Edwin How Ming Law Procurement Specialist

Edwin is sourcing variety of jewellery findings/parts (semi precious stones, crystal, pearl, metal, leather etc) & develop purchase strategies and policy to cope with business goal and cost control. He also handle the daily procurement activities, follow up and prompt delivery to production, vendor management, including selection, evaluation and negotiation of best terms, quality control of incoming pars.

Edwin holds a Master of eCommerce & Bachelor of Human Resources Management in Deakin University (Australia). He also been granted a membership of Australia Computer Society. As a result, he has a full understanding of the marketing tactics & strategy, communicate with International people very well.

Suga Law Model

Suga is responsible for pet jewellery model. She is an alert, spirited, active, robust & friendly dog who is working in Ka Fu for nearly 3 years. She is the only one loyalty Ka Fu staff & happy to help our us for the rest of her life. She is become the symbol of Ka Fu, customers are always say regard to her.

She is born in Australia, Melbourne. She was living in Melbourne for almost 3 years & she learn multi-culture, living experiences. Now she is staying in Hong Kong.

PAM Order Administration

Pam serves as Ka Fu Order Administration. She is responsible for order processing and follow up prepare sale/purchase contracts, monitor the order progress, coordinate with freight booking, process the shipping documents and handle queries from customers & clerical support

Jennifer Accountant

Jennifer serves as Ka Fu Accountant. She is responsible for booking & preparing management account ad monthly reports perform bank reconciliation on account balances assist in Office financial reporting and regulatory filing.

Julia Kwan Consultant - China Market

Julia serves as Ka Fu consultant. She is responsible for conduct training for company products offerings, obtain and maintain certified status, maintain professional business and product "know-how" through research and external training, conduct and perform consultation engagements, understand Clients needs & present proposal for solutions, communicate with other consultants & project teams to come up with solutions & traveling China market.

Ms.Kwan Logistic Coordinator

Responsible for order processing, purchasing, import & export, L/C and inventory functions. She also handle ful set of I/E shipping and banking documentation. Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarder and customer.
